If you had your income tax return prepared at a Liberty Tax Service office and elected to sign your documents electronically or have your return documents scanned and stored electronically, you can use this webpage to retrieve them using the last 4 digits of the primary taxpayer’s SSN and the access code(s) provided by your preparer.
