Arizona Income Tax Forms Rates & Services
If your annual gross income is at least $15,000, you must file an Arizona income tax return. Also, you must file a tax return if your adjusted gross income is at least $11,000 for married filing jointly, or $5,500 for those filing as single, head of household or married filing separately.
Arizona is a community property state. If you are married and file a separate return, you must figure how much income to report using community property laws. Under these laws, a separate return must reflect one-half of the community income from all sources, plus any separate income.
For more information applicable to married taxpayers and community property please visit the Arizona Department of Revenue.
