Accounting and Finance

Corporate Tax Manager

Primary responsibilities include research and documentation of tax issues, corporate tax planning, preparation of U.S. federal and state returns; preparation of Canadian federal and provincial returns; review of Canadian GST/QST filings; review of sales and use tax filings.

Qualifications include bachelor's degree in accounting; 4+ years experience in working in corporate tax or public accounting experience working with federal and state taxes; CPA a plus; strong organizational, analytical, computer and communication skills. Full-time or part-time position available with flexible hours.

Tax Accountants

Ideal Accountant candidates will have 3 + yrs of accounting experience, preferably in a tax discipline, and a BS in Accounting.

Operations

Retail Manager

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on manager to direct the operation of multiple tax return preparation offices and to ensure the profitable operations of an ever-growing system. This position requires extensive management and supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will be flexible and driven to succeed in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and season driven business.

Technology

ASP.Net Web Developer

Works with the development team to provide web based solutions. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience developing ASP.Net 1.1 and 2.0 applications using C# (VB.Net experience a plus). Experience developing both business logic and user interface elements is desired. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Database Administrators

Our DBA/BI team is looking for strong SQL Server DBAs to work in our business application and data warehouse environments. BS and 3 years of SQL Server experience required. SQL Report Writer skills a plus.

Software Developers

Responsibilities include developing and updating software for tax law changes using a defined development methodology. Qualifications include BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, and two years experience in system analysis, design and/or programming. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team are key requirements.

Systems Analyst/Developer

Position requires strong communication skills, a strong technical background, and experience working in .Net. Requires 7+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. CS degree and experience with software best practices are a plus.

Computerized Form Worker

Looking for a professional, detail oriented, self motivated, and computer literate candidate. Requires experience with MS Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Graphic tools (Adobe Professional or other graphics design software).
