I am the manager at the Mebane, North Carolina office, and I am giving back to my community by volunteering to be a part of the MDA Lock-Up program. This year, a police officer will come to my office and "arrest" me and take me to jail to raise awareness on behalf of MDA. My office is participating in raising money for my "bail." The goal is $3,500.

I hired a young man named Julio This year he came in with his parents to get there taxes done. He had a gleaming personality so I decided to offer him a job on the spot. He watched the waver videos online and instantly said "yes I can do that". He was fascinated with sign spinning as he had never seen anything like that before. He self taught himself to be a sign spinner.

Teaching stress. Not enough hours in the day. Too much paperwork as a special education teacher. Spring break was right around the corner and I still had my taxes to do over break. *big sigh*. I have a friend who has a Liberty franchise in Richmond, Indiana, who I met while volunteering with Blue Stars Drum and Bugle Corps where our sons march together.

We had a newly married customer who came in last year. We sat down with them and explained all the in's and out's of doing a tax return. Then we surprised them and did it for free. This year when they came in, they told us we really helped them a lot and thanked us for all our help. They discussed it and decided that they would come here for 5 years, no matter where they lived to "thank" us.

My journey with Liberty Tax began back in 2005 when I found myself relocated to a new state and a new town where I only knew one family. I had made the move under the impression that there was going to be a job for me in the Property Management Software industry that I had been working in for the past several years. To say that the job fell through after I made the move would be an understatemen

I went in to the Christiansburg, Virginia store, and Ms. Angela Woolwine did our taxes. WOW! From the get-go, she offered us coffee. She was extremely friendly the entire time, chatted with us during, and even gave us a discount. She did a SUPER job, and got us the maximum refund she could. She wasn't a bit worried about anything else in the world other than doing our taxes, and to me, that i

After finishing the opening checklist for the store early, I opened at 8:50 AM. Almost immediately, an elderly lady came in and told me that she needed to get her taxes done. Talking with her, I discovered that her husband had died in the middle of 2013. She claimed that her daughter had been trying to take what little money she had left and had been stealing her mail. As she talked, she kept a
