Well I filled with liberty tax in 2011. When I was walking down is so bissionet st in Houston Texas I saw this cool statue giving away flyers. At that time I needed and wanted a job real bad so I asked the person under the costume how too get employees?? He replied back and said you can go in the office and ask to speak with the manager, after that he gave me a paper that said if you sign up with them you get 50$.

The whole uplifting experience begins with the team of wavers. Their friendly waves and smiles, teamed with their brilliant costumes, almost carry you into another world and away from one that can seem cold and distant at times. The dazzling performance is far from over though.

The BEST Free Return! Last week a woman came in to do her tax return for 2012 and 2013. She told our preparer that she still owed the IRS $711 for 2011. She had not done her 2012 return because she was afraid she would owe and she just could not deal with it. She also told our preparer that her daughter and son-in-law had moved in with them over a year ago and her husband was quite ill and had not worked much.

I used to use Jackson Hewitt, but a few years ago, i was disappointed when i went through issues with my refund. I was expecting things at a certain time, but because of their mess up, i had a tough time. Went thru hard times. Till my issue was resolved. From that day and year forward, i changed my tax provider to Liberty Tax.

It was November 1998 and I was working in retail management. I was actually dreading the upcoming “Holiday Season”! Holiday shoppers can often be the “worse” and really don’t get the true spirit of Christmas, so I was actually shopping around for a change in career path myself when I read these words in the Help Wanted section of the newspaper. Manager wanted, will train, potential ownership call XXX-XXX-XXXX.

This is my 2nd year working for franchise owner Carl Marbury at the LTS off ice in Mt Oliver, PA. The fast year was a year of learning and personal growth that I didn't know I was being groomed for. As the summer came around and I was promoted to office manager I started noticing I was given challenges that were fun to meet.

I was trying to help my 57 year old cousin find health insurance at the end of March so that he could avoid the penalty for failing to have health insurance. And I found on line that Liberty was a site that could help him sign up. While he works as a self employed upholsterer, his income is modest. And he has multiple health problems including diabetes, seizure disorder, dental ailments, attention deficit disorder, and learning disabilities.

My Liberty story is about my co-worker Jackie Chapman and how she has touched my life. I first meet Jackie in my 2011 Ten week Basic Tax class. She was unable to work with us that tax season because she was needed at home. But, she returned that fall to retake the class and work the tax season starting in January 2013.
