Fanatical at Liberty

Category: changing lives

We tried this type of project two years ago and it didn't work too well because all we gave away was 1 chicken per family. This year as part of our giving back to our community, we decided that we’d put together complete Christmas meals for 500 families who couldn't afford them.
I became homeless two days after I received notification from Dennis at Liberty Tax that tax classes would began on Dec 15, 2014 and all I could do is cry because I felt tremendous pressure to just give up and try again next year. Especially when the holidays are approaching and I wasn't sure how my son would respond to me telling him we have no where to live now.
Three years ago, I had questions about my taxes. I had been doing my own taxes since I was about 19. I wasn’t sure I had them done correctly this particular year, so like many people who do their own taxes, I went to the Laskey Rd location in Toledo, Ohio for a second opinion. I sat down with Dave Gang and he prepared my return.
To know to me is to know that I absolutely love interaction with people! I love to help others however I can; have fun, laugh and spread positive energy. Providing excellent customer service is my middle name! When I believe in something, I will stop at nothing to see it move forward and I BELIEVE IN LIBERTY!
Liberty, how do I love thee; let me count the ways! When I met you 3 years ago, you exceeded my expectations by helping to boost my refund. Liberty, through Tatina Tucker showed me that I was entitled to more deductions and credits than what I was taking advantage of. It was love at first sight!
John, Our office (entity 6673, office 17363) has impacted the lives of nearly 1300 (and counting) needy families in Muncie (and Delaware county), Indiana as well as many more throughout the state by working with a local 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Action for Animals, Inc., that, as one of its many efforts, operates a pet food pantry from our office.
Like all Liberty Tax Service franchisees we love to give back to our communities. Not everything we do can or is a huge thing. We know that even small efforts are worthwhile. As the time approached for the kids to head back to school we started thinking that we would like to do something to help students whose families were not able to afford to purchase part or all of their school supplies.
Hi, my name is Rena Lyons and I want to share my experiences with Liberty Tax and Roger and Susan Gingerich. But before I get ahead of myself, I think I need to start at the beginning as I share my life experiences. It may touch you and make you laugh, but I hope that you get out of this that no matter where you are in your life, you can always turn a negative into a positive.
Hi everyone! Just wanted to share the continuing story of our manager Tracy Ware from Port Huron. In December we gave Tracy a goal and told her if she met that goal, we would take her to convention with us. John heard about the challenge and sent Tracy a book to encourage her.

There are always tough moments in life in which you may not see any opportunities to help you achieve your dreams. I've always been a dreamer and always knew I wanted to be a Business Woman. While I was attending school I had part time jobs on pretty much any job that came along the way. Even after graduating from High School on 2013 I would work on full time jobs.
