&lt;p&gt;He is in prison, does this count as disabled?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;MFJ will get me more money but I am confused about the whole inmate thing. And the IRS website is worthless.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Help!&lt;/p&gt;

All three of my children matter. As a single mother it was diffucult to see that one of my three children was not worth claiming on my tax return. &amp;nbsp;Now I feel like it is fair. &amp;nbsp;How many families only have 2 children anyway? I hope this is not just a fad but a trend that can hang around awhile.&lt;/p&gt;

I would call your local office and ask them for the average hourly rate in that office. &amp;nbsp;That will give you the most accurate number. &amp;nbsp;Hope you consider joining the team!&lt;/p&gt;
