We have been using Liberty Tax for the past few years. The airport highway location is convenient for us, and there was more than adequate parking close to the office. We made our appointment in advance and showed up on time. Mark, Our tax preparer, had everything already prepared in advance, which saved a lot of time with the interview process. We came with our documents reasonably well organized. These preparations on his part and our part facilitated making the interview easy and fast. Being retired, also made the tax preparation probably a little bit easier because we don't really have too many complex items which affect our taxable situation. The follow-up call saying that our return had been electronically filed, and accepted was a nice finishing touch to the entire process. We're extremely well satisfied with Liberty Tax, and would highly recommend their tax preparation services.
