I was a customer of the big tax prep company for over 30 years.  This year they showed me that customer service is no longer important to them.  I called and spoke to Sam who really helped my family and proved to me that customer satisfaction is still important to some people. Sam answered the phone 5 minutes before closing and agreed to see us after hours, sacrificing his personal time to help a potential customer. This is a quality that seems to be in short supply these days.  Rest assured, this is a quality that still exists in this office.  Friendly, trustworthy, accommodating, and professionalism are traits you can count on when you walk in the door.  Thank you, Sam. I spent less money and received much better service.
