I have avoided getting my taxes done by others- mine are relatively simple, don't want to pay the money and I've imagined the whole experience to be dismal- until recently, when I found my tax situation to have gotten too complicated to deal with on my own. Liberty was the first place I went to, and while I explored a few other options- such as H&R Block, who did not impress me-, I immediately felt that the people here at Liberty in Amherst were the ones to go with. Ralph and his team are absolutely wonderful, the atmosphere is very relaxing and they dealt with my situation swiftly, with confidence and professionalism- they are such nice people, genuinely, which I did not expect at a tax service establishment. His wife is very generous with her baking! While Liberty was slightly more expensive than H&R- by a very small amount-, the difference in the experience and professionalism was night and day. As long as I am in the area I am sticking with Ralph at Liberty!
