I was able to quickly book an appointment at the Brevard Rd location close to the tax deadline. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Although I ended up owing taxes this year due to my own lack of planning, Alisa double checked her entries and conferred with the owner to ensure I was getting quality service. I will be coming back next year and highly recommend!

The Candler office rocks. This is our first time using Liberty Tax and we're glad we did. Knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. Explained each form and answered all our questions. Very affordable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Have piece of mind knowing that they have Knowledgeable staff that is up to date on state and federal taxes and do their best to get you a return if possible. I personally knew we were going to owe taxes this year, state and federal, and when Liberty Tax completed our taxes, we were relieved to find out it wasn't nearly as much as I thought it was going to be. Highly recommend. I'll say what the " terminator " said. " I'LL BE BACK " See you next year Liberty Tax.

Booking online  and subsequent follow up were great. I had Beth do my taxes.and she was outstanding. She was very efficient and explained in detail when I had questions. I will definitely go back.
