Liberty tax was very helpful today I tried filing my taxes twice through TurboTax full-time said there was approved then both time said they were rejected for dumb reasons. Taran Evans and the other delightful lady that was in the office today were so helpful and I actually got a higher tax refund then what TurboTax figured And I got a loan towards my refund so overall this place has been awesome this is the second time they've done my taxes for me and it's pretty affordable.

I've gotten my taxes done there, I'd recommend it. They do their best each time. Customer service is good, they do NOT have  an in with the IRS, so please don't harass them if you want info, just call the IRS.  As soon as your taxes get done, they'll call you.  Ask what promotions are available, they'll tell you. Ask for MaryAnne or Kimberly, pretty sure each expert is a veritable guru and one heck of a expert at tax prep. All the office staff are solid! I've worked there before too, they treat staff really well and it doesn't matter how low on the totem pole staff is, they treat you like you matter. I'm not getting paid for writing this, I just want more people to know how awesome Liberty Tax Service is. "Have fun, get your taxes DONE!!"
