I wanted to change my review with Liberty Taxes since my wife and I have been dealing with them for a few years now and as far as we’re concerned, they do a great job and taking care of us. In all honesty, we would not go anywhere else that about taxes done. We have had H&R Block and they’re horrible. They don’t know what they’re doing and they try to stick you for money. We started up with Lori when we first started it going there and she is a sweetheart. No question in our minds she is! Used to think Lori was the best. Well now we can see that Sean is. I actually do wonder if Lori goes to Sean for help when she gets stuck! I’m only kidding about this seriously if you want your taxes done right go to Liberty Taxes because both Sean and Laurie do a great job. Now Sean is our favorite tax preparer Lori’s our second favorite. It’s like football you have your first string quarterback which is Sean and then you have your second string, which is Lori. Also, with Sean in Irish makes a number one with me. I would like to say this also on a serious note. Both these two people Lori and Sean really do care about the people that they are preparing the taxes for. The both of them treat you the way they want to be treated. What we like about the both of them as well is they’re both extremely knowledgeable. As far as my wife and I are both concerned we wouldn’t go anywhere else, but Liberty Taxes. We trust them to do our taxes right. We also respect the both of them a lot. We also know they’re gonna do everything you can to make sure we get all that we’re entitled to when it comes to getting the taxes done. Also, if they can save your money the following year by saying you need to take up more money out of your taxes, which happen to be one year Sean recommended that I increased my tax withdrawal from my job so I wouldn’t have to owe anything that tells me that they really do care about the people that they serve. Stay away from H&R Block they are horrible as far as I’m concerned they’re only in for the money they don’t care about people only making a profit. Liberty Taxes cares about all their clients that they serve plus they put people as a number one priority over making a profit. That’s the way it should be because when you have great customer service and you treat everybody the way you want to be treated. Everything else falls in the place. I will still say though Sean is number one and Lori‘s number two.
