I am a truck driver, over the road. I had not been home for over a year. Patrick understands this and makes appointments for me with little or no notice. He is very nice especially when I have to bring in multiple returns at the same time. Very patient with my lack of knowledge. I love having the reduced stress of knowing that my taxes are done without errors. I just got my refunds for the current year within a week.
