The lady named Kelly that works in the office.In Elgin, is the one that worked with our taxes.She was on top of everything she quoted our price that we were getting back.She quoted how much it would cost, and she waited for us to tell her the go ahead or the weight.She waits only with a smile and handles the customers.Very professional.
