I went in September of 2025 to see about a small loan and before I even went to the store I have to explain a few things I appreciate Lasonya doing before hand. I was searching on Liberty loans website to see if I could apply online and knock some steps out before arriving at the store.
Beautiful Lasonya, called me and politely and professional addressed me and informed me on what I needed to bring and she offered to go over some information over the phone or in the store.

The store was clean, has an avaliable atm to pull cash out to repay loans, to just have whatever you would need it for. They have plenty of chairs to allow people to wait their turn.
The process for new clients can be a little long but Lasonya, talks with you. Informs you about what is going on. Remained calm and patient with everyone I saw her interact with. I enjoyed every second with her that day I went in.

The people there are awesome they make you feel at ease.  Ms. Brenda have been doing our taxes for about four years and she explains everything to us from beginning to the end.. you can call and get your questions answered after getting your taxes done.  All the people there who do taxes are very nice and polite and make you feel comfortable.  If you're looking for a place to get your taxes done put your trust in them you won't be disappointed
