Denise at Liberty tax in Council Bluffs was truly wonderful. She was able to complete my taxes so efficiently and willing to do so when I was running late for the original appointment time at the end of her long day. Their office was very understanding of my toddler wanting to be active during the appointment, so I’m very grateful for the tolerance and patience. Thank you for another great experience (and I’ve had a few less than desirable experiences with other companies in the past) so I will continue to utilize Liberty Tax and recommend Denise and the staff in council Bluffs. We are very grateful and I will convince my husband to hopefully switch tax providers in the future. Thank you for your wonderful service!

I originally do my taxes with Jackson Hewitt in HAWAII. I came to IOWA and my daughter took me to Liberty and recommended MISS DENISE. And I have to say , my daughter was right about her. She is amazing , nice , helpful and her personality is just loving. She is someone I would recommend anyone too and I will definitely be back to do my tax next year with her and ONLY HER. my daughter loves how she works and loves the way she treats her customers. My experience was amazing especially for someone who transferred from tax preparer to another. I just say DENISE IS A " MUST RECOMMEND " . WE LOVE HER. SOMEONE SHOULD DEFINITELY GIVE THIS LADY HER RAISE SHE DESERVES. ❤️

Denice and Murphy took exceptional of me.  I had put off filing way later than normal. From the moment I walked in the door they assured me they would have everything done in time and they did.  Great service, low stress.

My experience with Jordan has been great. He is driven, professional, and very personable. He does lots of volunteer work with charities in town and is always thinking about local non-profits and how to help them continue making an impact in the community. Jordan and Liberty Tax are a no brainer for those looking for tax services in Omaha.

I love this Liberty Tax!! I have been getting my taxes done here for years and they are always very friendly, thorough, and quick. Jordan has helped me the last few years and he’s wonderful! Highly recommend this place!

I want to give a huge shout out to Bonnie T, with Liberty Tax. When I tell you filing my taxes this year was such a breeze. I honestly don't think it's ever been so fast! I appreciate her efficiency. Bonnie Kelly was an amazing help today. She was happy and ready to answer all my questions and finish what Tyler started the day before. Tyler too was a great help. Took all my information in a very professional manner and kept his word to communicate when he has some answer or questions for my regarding my taxes. Coming in on the 2nd of February Bonnie verified all the collected data and made sure not once but twice to confirm my account information which I had enter wrong original. That meant a lot to me because it saved us alot of headache and more work for the future. They together are a great team.
