I came in without an appointment and was greeted immediately. I was helped by Alma M. She had a pleasant and cheerful demeanor, offered snacks, and explained things to me in a way I could understand. Even though I forgot a document, she was ultra patient as I located it. This was probably the fastest preparation I’ve ever sat through! 100% would recommend this location.

Alma Malagon was the best tax preparer I've ever had.

She was helpful and thorough with the whole process.
Hard worker and professional about her business. Always apologized when she didn't need to. Helped her coworkers and got me out of there in record time.
She deserves more recognition and I'll be looking to file my 2026 taxes with her next year.

Liberty Tax is great, but Alma blew it out of the park.  Thank you, Alma, you're the greatest of all time.
