First I feel like I need to share that I suffer from extreme anxiety and mental fog, so I hope anyone reading this will begin to feel the gravity and thankfulness of my words when I say this was a positive experience.

Nancy Hagen was open when all the other tax centers were closed (on a Friday) and continued to work with me the next day (on a Saturday). Due to my individual life circumstances, I’ve had to pay thousands over the past couple of years. She was able to net me a positive return. Her calmly professional, but personally humanistic, approach helped set me at ease as she helped sort through my documents. The speed she filtered through everything, the content of her questions and advice, and again the calm and relaxed manner she engaged with me tells of her experience and aptitude.

While I can’t say that engaging with her will guarantee similar results, if you feel overwhelmed trying to do it online as I have, please consider her as an option to get your life moving again.
