My fiancé and I visited Liberty Tax as first-time homeowners looking for professional tax help. Sue answered my phone call. She was very friendly and professional. I told her in advance I'm sorry if I'm asking a lot of silly questions. She informed me there was no such thing when it comes to taxes.  When arriving at the location we met Keith Altobelli who was beyond pleasant to meet and work with! He was very down to earth when talking to us and made us feel very comfortable. He explained everything he was doing in great detail, which was super nice. It is easy to say we will be back for all our tax needs and we also made new friends in the neighborhood!
