I walked in not really knowing what to expect because this is my first time having someone help me with my taxes. I can definitely say I walked out with one of the best ‘customer service’ experiences Ive ever had. The office is Clean & comfortable & everyone is super friendly! Julie in particular is so kind & makes the whole process practically stress free. Not to mention she literally DOUBLED my return PLUS some from what i had came up with doing them myself. 🤩 Also, I had my 4 yr. old with me for the appt. & they were SO good with her. They gave her some coloring pages & Julie even made her some popcorn in the little movie theater style popcorn maker in the office, which was the coolest thing in the world to my kid 😂☺️, She also gave her a little treat towards the end of the appointment for being such a good girl. (When your kid is asking to go see the ‘fun’ lady at the office with the popcorn the next day your doing something right) The little things that people do to really make a clients experience matter, Julie & her team live to that expectation for sure! I will Definitely be returning to Liberty Tax for ALL of my tax needs & I recommend you do too!
