I had the greatest experience working with Ms. Amy Larson on my 2025 income tax return filing remotely from overseas.  I had contacted several other tax preparers from local Liberty Tax offices but I didn't receive the type of service that I expected.  When I first talked to Amy on the phone I was delighted with her friendly and knowledgeable manner and I knew that I had found the right person to help me.  Amy was very prompt and helpful and resolved issues in a very short time frame.  She completed my 2025 return filing in the highest professional and most customer oriented manner.  I was so satisfied that I decided to use her next year as well for my return filing.  She's a great asset to her office.

It's hard to find good quality people to do your taxes. But Amy is a lady of integrity and took her time to help me out. I Went to two major tax offices national brands none of them would even give me the time of day or help me get my taxes done. They want everything done online not in person. That would be okay if they even knew how to run their own programs to complete my taxes. Any looked over my taxes for me made some adjustments and my taxes were on the way within the hour. I was told it was going to take 4 to 5 hours for someone else to help me do the prep on my taxes. She is one of the most knowledgeable people that I have met. A tax wizard that is for sure and knows how to get you the best refund. She is kind patient and understanding for those that need just a little help on taxes or a lot.😊 What a great way to run a business always there to do what's best for their customers.👍

I file with liberty tax every year and Amy has been my help every year. She’s very awesome always double check everything to make sure things are good and done so we don’t have no issues. She’s always been friendly with me My sister uses her as well because she’s awesome. She will make sure you get the maximum amount she can but at Same time and a friendly environment everything so nice and easy to understand
