I used to visit this place when John was the owner, and I'm happy to see this legitimate professional business still operating with excellent employees and new management. I want to show my thankfulness to Deb T. for her excellent assistance and knowledge with our taxes. My wife and I greatly appreciate her help with our taxes. On Monday, we dropped off our tax paperwork, and on Friday, we signed and finished it.  They do offer secure links or appointments for filing your taxes. When she first started reviewing our paperwork, she was very clear about how much the filing fee would be; nothing more was added later. Jerrell was fantastic as well; I'm certain that if he had   assisted us, he would have exceeded our expectations had Deb not come to our help first.

Finally, Morris, the Liberty mascot, was a key reason in my decision to enter this establishment. He has been dancing and singing for 15 years on Richmond Highway for different establishments, and I feel like I've known him my entire life from watching him work so hard. Morris deserves a raise! :)

This is our third year using Liberty Tax, we are extremely satisfied with the service, and especially the friendly and professional staff. This year we worked with Deb Tsimbidis. This year I forgot to include an IRS form, dropped it off, not a problem we kept our appointment  for the next day.
Friendly Professional what more can I say, oh yea fees are very reasonable.
