I was in crazy trouble this year.  I'd hired a CPA in Kona at the end of last year and when January rolled around, she went silent.  Nothing I did could get her to respond.  I started calling a bunch of other CPA's - they either flat out would not answer my initial inquiry or I was told they couldn't take me on. By mid-March, I was pretty desperate.....

At the suggestion of one of those CPA's, I called Liberty Tax.  Someone actually answered the phone!!  Her name was Susan.  She was kind, she was friendly - and moreover, she was calm!  She offered to look at what I had. Two days later, she agreed to do my taxes.  The relief was incredible.  I'd been under such enormous stress.  What does a business owner do in such a circumstance???  I feel like I really lucked out.

My taxes were filed on the 8th.  Phew!!

I kept thinking that I needed a CPA to handle my taxes - that's what former CPA's had assured me.  But you know what?  These folks at Liberty Tax did one heck of a job.

And they will have my business from here on out.
