I went back and she took her time with me, one on one, reviewing and asking questions to see if I qualified for credits. In the end, there wasn't much she could do but she did refer me to a company that might be able to help me get some penalties and fees waived. I am very happy with the service from both ladies, and will be using this location for tax prep going forward.
